Hi Alex! Great to have you here, congrats on 30 under 30! What's your next goal? :)

Thank you, the goal is the same as before, to succeed with our startup DAVINCI abroad:) We will keep on focusing on that!

Can you tell us a little about how you got the idea for DaVinci Travel System?

My first company was a travel agency, while I was doing it for 5 years I found the gap on the market - that there is no easy way to book group accommodation in the hotel and decided to catch the chance and change the industry worldwide.

What do you feel like are your biggest responsibilities as a CEO?

Simple - to deliver results.

Do you have a corporate experience to compare with?

No, I actually never worked in corporate!

What gave you the power to take on such important role? Was it your education, previous experience or something else?

An ability to not be afraid to take responsibilities and deliver things that were promised. To be honest, it’s very hard to be the CEO, while everyone in the company and outside has their own opinion and comments on business, only the CEO takes responsibility on what to do and what impact it will bring.

What is it that you love about leading a startup?

I really love the dynamic and ability to create new things. Deliver fast and change the industry worldwide.

And tell me what is the hardest part?

The hardest part is to not lose hope and vision when you creating something that didn’t exist out there before. It’s very hard to keep hope and don’t give up when something is not going as was planned.

What would you recommend to those of us who wish to start their own company? What should be their first step?

I would recommend to think big, start small and act now!

‍

Thank you Alex! 🙌🏻
